Our motivation is to recommend what's genuinely best for you and your vehicle—even if that means we don't secure your business. Independent solutions can be excellent, but they're not always the safest or most economical choice.

If a manufacturer procedure is lower-risk, more reliable or better value than an independent solution, we'll tell you. We won't sell you work simply because we can attempt it.
No surprises behind the dashboard.
Some work may require equipment or control modules to be removed, worked on outside the vehicle, coded or reprogrammed. Independent procedures can sometimes change original vehicle data. We'll explain the proposed work, relevant risks and alternatives before asking you to approve it.
OEM, aftermarket or compatible keys.
Where suitable options exist, we'll explain genuine OEM, aftermarket and compatible keys, including differences in functionality, quality, limitations and cost. You choose with the facts in front of you.
Security is never an afterthought.
Unauthorised key duplication and poor security practices can expose vehicles to theft. We take proof of ownership and authority seriously, and we won't knowingly compromise the security of your vehicle.
A fair price for the right job.
Specialist tools, experience and time have a value—but that doesn't justify inflated or unclear charges. We aim to explain the work and pricing before you commit, without pressure or unnecessary extras.
Not every job should be attempted.
If we believe the risk to the vehicle outweighs the benefit, or the right procedure is outside our supported capabilities, we'll say so and discuss a safer route rather than gamble with your car.
